1. The Service
HexSales is a business-oriented SaaS product for configuring AI-assisted customer communications, a shared inbox, CRM records, appointments, business knowledge and supported integrations. Features may change as the service evolves.
The service is designed for organisations and people acting for an organisation. By creating or administering a business workspace, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
2. Accounts and access
Keep credentials confidential and use accurate account information. You are responsible for the users, permissions, business information and instructions configured in your workspace, and must notify HexSales through the contact form if you discover unauthorised access.
A person creating or administering a workspace represents that they have authority to act for the relevant company. We may restrict or suspend access where it is necessary to protect the service, users, security or comply with a valid legal obligation. Access can also be limited by the account-access state shown in the product.
3. Customer data and AI
You retain rights in the data you submit to HexSales. You instruct us to process that data to provide the service. You must have an appropriate basis to provide customer and employee data and to contact people through your chosen channels.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use. Review consequential responses, appointments, pricing, legal, medical, financial and other high-impact information before relying on it. HexSales does not guarantee any sales, booking, revenue or other commercial outcome.
4. Ownership and confidentiality
HexSales and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, brand, interface and documentation. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You retain ownership of your customer content and grant only the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and protect it while providing the service; HexSales does not acquire a right to sell customer data.
You must not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or decompile the service except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Each party should protect non-public business, product and technical information received from the other and use it only for the service relationship, except where disclosure is authorised or legally required.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use HexSales for unlawful content or conduct, deception, spam, impersonation, infringement, security testing without permission, bypassing limits, malware, or abuse of AI and integrations. More detail is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
The published standard HexSales plan is USD $149 per month. A separate fixed RUB price of 10,000 ₽ per month may be offered; it is not an automatic currency conversion. Advanced is custom-priced and may cover agreed integrations, workflows, implementation or modifications under a separate commercial agreement.
Payment processing is not enabled in the product at the effective date of this version: no card details are collected, no checkout is active and no recurring charge is initiated by HexSales through the application. If payment is enabled later, cancellation, non-payment consequences, price-change notice and refund handling will follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the applicable commercial agreement and applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment after payment is enabled, or a valid legal requirement. Where practicable, the reason and an opportunity to remedy it will be provided without exposing security-sensitive information.
Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy, any applicable DPA and the available export or deletion controls. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature survive, including confidentiality, ownership and accrued payment obligations.
8. Availability, changes and liability
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, third-party outages or changes. No 100% uptime commitment applies without a separate SLA. We use reasonable efforts to restore service and may update the service or these terms; material changes will be published with an updated version and effective date.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable commercial losses caused outside its reasonable control. HexSales is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular commercial result. Nothing here excludes fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Governing rules and disputes
No governing-law country or exclusive dispute venue is published until the operator’s contracting details are verified. The parties should first attempt a good-faith business resolution through the HexSales contact process; otherwise rights and disputes are governed to the extent permitted by the law that validly applies to the relationship.
