1. Necessary and preference cookies

Supabase authentication cookies maintain and refresh signed-in sessions. hexsales_locale remembers English or Russian, hexsales_interface_theme remembers the selected interface theme, and a tenant-scoped hexsales_chat_* cookie maintains a Web Chat session for the selected business. Authentication and Web Chat cookies are strictly necessary for the requested function; locale and theme are preference cookies with no advertising purpose.

2. Optional cookies

The current application source does not include a confirmed analytics, marketing, advertising or social-tracking cookie provider. Accordingly, it does not display a decorative consent banner for non-existent optional cookies.

If optional analytics or marketing cookies are added, they must be described here and disabled until the required consent mechanism is in place.

3. Local browser storage

The onboarding form may store a tenant-scoped unfinished business-configuration draft in localStorage. The AI settings preview may store a tenant-scoped local preview configuration such as assistant name, tone, language and interface toggles; preview conversation messages remain in memory and are not persisted there. This storage remains in the browser and is not an analytics or advertising tracker.

4. Controls

You can control cookies and local storage through browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, session restoration or Web Chat from working; clearing preferences resets language, theme or unfinished local drafts.
